Agenda

The iPad is the most persuasive tool that any Trial Attorney should own.  Learn techniques that will help you be more effective as you prepare your case. These seminars are for any lawyer (solo to large firm) and support staff.  Join us to hear how attorneys are using the iPad for everything from research to organizing files, taking depositions, and making money for your client whether it be at trial, mediation, arbitration or any other contested hearing.  Get hints on some of the most practical and recent apps and how to best use them to benefit your cases and clients.

Those who attended last year's program were blown away.  This year we've broken the program up into 2 parts.  When you leave these seminars, you will be on the cutting edge of technology.
What you learn will save you money, as well as make money for your clients.

Once you see what the iPad can do, it's only limitation will be your imagination.
This is one seminar that you will not want to miss!

Tad Thomas, a nationally known speaker, along with Judge Zemetis, Marisa Bellair, Ken Laska, Brennen Maki, and Chris Nelson will take you through an actual case from the moment your client walks in your door to the time the jury walks back into the courtroom with its verdict. The techniques you will learn can be applied in the ADR process, at the appellate level and used in all phases of a case.

Judge Zemetis will share his views and experiences on some of the best iPad uses and skills he's seen in the courtroom.

Attend 1 or both seminars.....Here is just a sample of what you will learn:

Taking the iPad to Trial will walk you through an entire case, from client intake to the close of the case.  You will learn how to utilize the iPad for everything from pre-trial, investigations, note taking, use of exhibits, demonstrative evidence, motion practice and more.
