Paul M. Iannaccone was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut, and now resides in Bristol. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 1985. He was then employed by the State of Connecticut, Judicial Department, as a Child Support Enforcement Officer and an Adult Probation Officer. He received his law degree, with honors, from Western New England School of Law in 1994. Mr. Iannaccone was a member of the Western New England Law Review in 1993-1994. Mr. Iannaccone maintained his full-time employment with the State of Connecticut and RisCassi and Davis, P.C., during his legal education. Mr. Iannaccone is a certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Waterbury Bar Association. He has lectured for the Institute for Paralegal Education on Essential Litigation Skills for Paralegals, and he has contributed to seminars by the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association on various litigation-related topics.
