TeleSeminar: Update on PB Rule 13-4; Disclosure of Experts

Friday, October 17, 2008

On January 1, 2009, the rules for expert disclosure will change dramatically.  These changes will affect EVERY CASE -- new and pending.  Be prepared - or suffer the consequences!  Changes to the rule include:

  • What is Included in the Disclosure
  • When to Send Disclosures
  • Obligation to Provide Expert's Complete File
  • Disclosures With Regard to Treating Physicians
  • Scheduling Order Requirements
  • Expert Fees for Depositions
  • SANCTIONS & PRECLUSIONS
If you have a phone, you can participate.  Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the call-in number and course materials.  More than one person may listen in by speakerphone, but only registrants receive materials and take part in the question and answer session.
