Unlike others in the state, CTLA's Workers' Compensation Section is devoted to those attorneys who represent injured workers. Our section meets approximately four times per year to discuss relevant issues, decisions, and to develop its yearly seminar, held each February.
The CTLA Women's Caucus was formed in 2001 and has grown to include over 100 members. The group meets several times throughout the year to roundtable cases and network. CTLA provides the Women's Caucus with its own listserve, discussion board and online directory, making communication effortless.
The CTLA Employment Committee strives to educate the public on significant issues relating to employee rights. It also provides additional networking opportunities for the employment and trial bars.
