END DISTRACTED DRIVING PRESENTATION

Wednesday, March 12, 2014

This is a CTLA Member Only Event

After his 21 year old daughter Casey was killed by a distracted driver, Joel Feldman, a trial lawyer from Philadelphia, created the Casey Feldman Foundation and EndDD.org
EndDD.org is a user friendly program for trial lawyers and others that facilitates presentations to the community on the dangers of distracted driving.

The presentation has been given to more than 135,000 people across the U.S. and is getting great feedback. Schools, students and parents recognize the important role that trial lawyers play in keeping our communities safe. Community groups are asking for trial lawyers to speak with teens and adults on this issue, and CTLA will join in this effort.

Through CTLA's Public Relations committee chaired by Linc Woodard, Moukawsher & Walsh, LLC  and Tim O'Keefe, Kenny O'Keefe & Usseglio, PC we have partnered with EndDD.org to give distracted driving presentations to high schools and community groups across our state. On March 12th, Joel Feldman will be joining us in Hartford to lend his support and to run a training session for all CTLA members.

We need your help!! Presentations have begun in Connecticut and we need more members to give presentations in their communities. I am asking you all to be part of the solution by speaking locally, and helping to save lives by raising awareness on the dangers of distracted driving..

The easiest way to get involved is to join us for the training session on March 12th and see for yourself how...

  • The power point is complete and has an extensive script
  • The power point has been tested and proven effective
  • We have materials to make it easy to reach out and schedule presentations
  • We have a specially recorded training video that teaches how to give great presentations and connect with your audience
