On January 1, 2009, the rules for expert disclosure will change dramatically.  These changes will affect EVERY CASE -- new and pending.  Be prepared - or suffer the consequences!  Changes to the rule include:

If you have a phone, you can participate.  Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the call-in number and course materials.  More than one person may listen in by speakerphone, but only registrants receive materials and take part in the question and answer session.
